electrical cord connection

We are on our first trip in our 2011 roo 23ss. I am having an issue with the electrical connection between the trailer and the cord itself. The cord is the marine style 30 amp. Twist lock. The cord has to be positioned just right to make good contact. Yes, everything is connected as it should and worked fine at home plugged into our 30 amp receptacle. Any thoughts? The trailer is under warranty and I will have the dealer look at it. Thanks.

it will only fit one way and then you twist to the right to lock it in. i've never had contact problems.
exactly what is going on? does yours have a locking ring around the plug end?

the shore cord and receptacle should be made by MarinCo. they are located where i live. they have a good customer support center. great company to work with.

Sounds like a bad cord end. I haven't experienced an issue with mine. I tighten it on with the black threaded outside ring to hold it in place.
