I added the tank tornado. Best investment i made. no more fuss of running the hose into the TT. As soon as i can find the water softner at a good price i will switch to the geo method.

yep, with the old style, you can run the hose along the hinge/sill area without ever touching the mattress.
but you have to remember, the hose NEVER touches the toilet with the wand attached, at least on my 23SS.

Someone posted on another thread that they watched as some guy rinsed out his SEWER HOSE by shoving his FRESH WATER HOSE *INSIDE* the stinky slinky and turning the water on!

*GAG*

THAT hose would never come within 10 feet of my city water hookup again

Have a look at the link I provided earlier. The adapter is specifically designed for that purpose. I would have no concerns with the set-up. Your hose should not come into contact with toilet at all, unless you are not using a rinsing wand.

I have one of those and it works pretty well. It also has the advantage of being able to use hot water in the wand to do the rinse.
