On my 2014, go through the outside rear access door and remove the panel (2 screws) and you will see the filter and the hot water heater bypass valves.

The water filter and pump are in the cavity behind the return air grill under the rear bunk. Open the grille. Poke your head in and look to your right. You should have gotten a filter wrench in your owners packets.

Kellie, it is inside the door on the outside back of the trailer. When you open that access door there is a false wall. You need to take the screws out to remove that false wall and the filter is behind it.

Same here, ours is all covered up for the winter. Winter came early here in Wisconsin this year.

Congratulations on your new 23IKSS. We purchased a 2014 Shamrock 23IKSS last February. We love the camper. We love the floor plan and the versatility of the hybrid design. As this is our first TT we have a lot to learn about camping in a TT and the 23IKSS in particular. Happy camping.

We just purchased one used, but man is it beautiful! It's a 2014 and we can't wait to get it. It is currently snowed in so we can't move it yet, but I am really looking forward to a new type of camping with this unit. We are upgrading from our beautiful Coleman 1992 pop up. No sarcasm there, we truly love our pup. Time to move on up though..my old back is loving this new transition. I look forward to finding lots of info on our new toy here in the forum.

New to the forum and a new FR owner of a 23ikss to be delivered in May. Very excited to be moving from a popup.

Just picked ours up last Friday and I hardly left it all weekend, them I had to go to work :-( Good thing we leave on our first trip in 2 days!!! This is truly an awesome design. Every comfort, but still the tent sounds and fresh air. I'm eager for my first night.

Thanks to this forum as it also just allowed us to figure out where the water filter goes. Lots of great stuff here people. Hopefully after some use, we will have something to add.

Just got word our new 23ikss has arrived. Ordered in mid-January. Wasn't expecting it until early May. Came in as 2016.

We ordered the white. I know some are concerned about the white discolouring, but we have a 10 year old popup that is white. I am fairly anal about keeping it cleaned and waxed. It still looks brand new.

I went sapphire. Both looked good but I liked the extras that came with the package.
