Good idea except I have a small, 175 / 750 watt, electric heater to keep my pipes and water pump from freezing. That is the one that will be plugged in there. The other outlet will be in use by a heat tape I just put on my fw hose to keep it from freezing. No more outlets left.
Got to think about this for a little while. I am only going to be using the 375 watt setting on my small heater. I put in a small insulated wall to divide the water lines and water pump from the unheated storage area. That area is now only about 15" X 15" X 8 feet, 12.5 to 13 cubic feet, so not very big.
I can't find what the heat tape draws. Instructions sat 5 amps or less, big help, 550 watts or less. 1500 + 550 = 2050 watts, or a possible 19 amps total if I plug in a 1500 watt heater. Pop goes the breaker! Only way to know for sure is try it I guess.
