Fresh Water Tank

We bought a 2014 Rockwood Roo 233s and are having trouble getting the fresh water tank to fill. Didn't have all these bells and whistles on our old pop-up. Are we missing a by-pass valve to turn or what?

To answer your question, the vent has a shut off valve at the end of the vent hose.
For some stupid reason the vent is under the trailer ahead of the axles and about three feet inside from the street side.

Mona, Iggy has a motorhome which has things that your hybrid won't.
the only vent for the FW tank, on a hybrid, that i know of, is the small hole next to the fill hole.

how are you attempting to fill the FW tank?

this is what i use:

Water Tank Filler with Shut-Off Valve - Camco 40003 - Fresh Water Pumps - Camping World

Now we get it. After reading the manual and going over everything again we are slowly figuring it out. Thanks for the part recommendation, just what we need. We appreciate all of your help.
