I am glad things are working out for you.

I also bought my 233S from RVW and I have had my share of issues with the unit.
3 leaky bunkends
Genesis 2 Entertainment unit not working
Leaky Skylight (spongy roof)

But I must say that both RVW and Forest River HAve been upstanding in getting things right.

I dealt with Connie ButterField at RVW - I think Carol is new at least to the warranty dept
I dealt with Mike Anglemyer at Forest River

It did take a while to convince them there was a problem but once I did everything and more was fixed.
the skylight fixed ended up with FR fixing the roof and a water line leak as and a new floor.

I think they are great.

Both drivers the one that picked up my unit and the one who delivered both said FR really does right by their customers compared to other RV companies.
