We've camped 3 days (extenuating circumstances) since we got our Roo in June but Thursday we head out for seven days in Shawnee National Forest and the Land Between the Lakes. We can't wait to get on the road and really get to know our Roo!
I've spend the last couple of week outfitting all of the things necessary to be self-sufficient for a week at a time. I have added things that are not typically required for weekend camping (like recycling the black tank on the road) as well as trying to take into account what we may require at different campgrounds from what we are used to (like a 50 amp to 30 amp converter).
All in all, I can't wait to hit the road and live out of the Roo for the next week!

I just had to brag. The trip is going great. We are at Canal COE at Land Between the Lakes. Used the oven for the first time to make cinnamon rolls. I used an air pan under the pan the rolls were in and they turned out great!
