Have your dealer in Mich., contact FR's Roo warranty rep for local dealers willing to do the work.
If they can't find one, you can take it to an independent shop and FR will reimburse you as long as you get FR's pre-approval.
We bought our Roo from a dealer 2000 miles away and FR found a number of local dealers more than willing to do the warranty work.
One of them didn't even sell any FR products.
