Hitch ball size for 2012 Roo19?

Our 2012 Roo 19 is FINALLY supposed to arrive at our house tomorrow morning from RVW!

Origionally we went to pick it up a few weeks ago and there was water leakage in the front bunk (I have another post concerning that) so it was sent back to FR. Anyway, it is finally back at RVW from FR where they replaced both bunk ends (they told me new attached style) and mattresses and resealed. Hopefully this solved the issue.

RVW is delivering Sunday AM and also installing the E2 hitch we purchased from them which they did not install there due to the Roo needing to be returned to FR. I did not purchase a ball while up there (too many other issues on my mind at the time), but I do have my 2" 5000 lb ball I used on our pop-up. Is this the correct size for a ROo19 or will I need a larger size?
Thanks for the help

Congratulations and good luck with the new rig. We upgraded last year to '19, love it!

Thanks for the quick reply. I just went out to look at my 2" ball and found that the shank diameter is too small for the E2. The E2 hole is for a 1.25" diameter shank and my ball shank only has 1" diameter. I guess I either need a new ball or a bushing before I can have the hitch installed. Unfortunately, the Roo is arriving early AM so I may be out of luck.

If you paid for hitch install with the Equalizer @ RVW, the ball will be included. I did it that way just because it was all new to me and didn't want to mess it up for the long journey home. Got the 1K/10K E4 and they put on an Equalizer brand 2" ball without me even asking. The ball has an 8,000-lb rating and has a longer than normal neck. Glad to hear you are getting your Roo back.
