How to replace a storage compartment doot & frame

I have a 2015 Roo 23IKSS. I crimped the frame of the passenger side storage compartment door. Can this be easily replaced by a layman? Are there any special steps?

All depends on whether your island has five, four, or two doors....just kidding..

Never had to replace one but should be pretty much straight forward. Dealer only item (though some of the first line would make sense as in, if you have the almond or white laminate. Hopefully its not too bad where you can't still use your camper (or fashion some make shift door to keep the water out). Dealer turn around time for parts tend to be very long. When it does come in, you can ask them what they would use to seal/caulk around the door when installing it.

It's not very hard to replace them as long as they left access to the screws inside the compartment.

A Google search turns up lots of places that carry all sizes of baggage doors. If the dealer has a problem getting one you can order them yourself.

They're sealed with butyl tape. Most RV parts stores carry it in stock.

Call Forest River and give them your VIN. They will sell the correct door to you directly and you will have it sooner and cheaper than if you go through a dealer. They are very easily replaced.
