how to replace seals

Can anyone recommend how to remove and replace the black outer seals of the shamrock hybrid? What is recommended to remove the existing adhesive? Thanks!

The seals are kind of a pain to remove if the adhesive is still good on them. Ive tried rubbing alcohol, wd-40, adhesive remover, and scotch brights. What worked best for me is to heat them with a hair dryer, or a heat gun if you can get the temp low enough and slowly pry off with a plastic putty knife. Go a couple inches at a time. I got most of the adhesive and seal off this way but I still had some scrubbing to do to get the rest off. Once you get a good clean surface, the new ones go on easy. Just peel and stick. Just make sure they're straight.

Thanks for the tips. FYI-the warranty guy at forest river recommends mineral spirits too for adhesive removal.
