How's your camper holding up.

I want to know how your roo's are holding up after 2,3,4 years.
Have you guys had any mechanical problems with a/c,furnace,slides,ect?
I am trying to decide on keeping the extended warranty, but it only covers mechanical.

we've had our '07 Roo 23SS for over 7 years now and have never had any mechanical problems.
the a/c, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, radio, furnace, converter, lights, water pump, water heater, faucets, outlets, toilet, brakes have not skipped a beat for over 7 years.(knock on wood!)

X2 on the 23SS except it's a '12 and been used two years. It did have to have new gaskets put on the front bed due to water leaks right off the lot. (X2 knock on wood)

We don't have a ROO however We are starting our 5th season in "The Little One" you see in our signature it has stood up very well. Small water leak from the A/C repaired using the 2nd year warranty.

We've had no problems and this will be our 4th year (knocks on wood).

Our 233S has done nicely and the only issues were a wonky radio and a power jack (both fixed under warranty) and a leaky outside shower head (replaced with the spare from the shower that I had upgraded with an Oxygenics).

Just regular cleaning and maintenance. I think I'll swap our tires for new shoes this spring.

I wish my WFCO converter would fail so I have an excuse to replace that with a Progressive Dynamics but it keeps going, too.

2 years into my 21SSL. Had some exceedingly minor "teething pains" that wound up easier to fix myself than to hitch up and take it back to the dealer. (Debris in the kitchen sink faucet, and a dead interior speaker that was just a loose wire)

Since then, absolutely zero issues or complaints.

2 yrs into a Roo19. One cabinet door closing clip wasn't installed correctly.

No other problems.

Oh, I forgot - the water heater bypass valve failed to close and started leaking the first time out last year. $11 bucks for a new valve and couple hose clamps.

Not too much here. Did have a "slight" issue with the front frame cross member cracking a couple year ago. Other wise, just a hot water tank ignition module failure last year. Have had the trailer for little over 5 years now. Preventive Maintenance is big for me.

Boat or trailer use it use it use it......if it sits in storage everything goes bad....we never unplug our trailer except when rolling down the road or boon docking.
By pass valve and things that don t move when you do not winterize need to be moved now and then....rubber products need to be protected from uv....along with plastic....most that sit on storage lot don t get that care along with no tire inflation....

Good luck with your rig......

i wish i wasn't so far away, i would love to do the Goshen thing.
wish FR would do something similar with their Western operations, especially those facilities in Oregon.

That is great news! We just bought an 07 Roo 233 and are very excited to get her up and running! We are hoping to have many years of vacationing with our hybrid!

I have a 2012 Roo 21ss. It's been really awesome for the the past 3 seasons. We have had two problems with it. One being the tongue jack failed , luckly it was right above the hitch ball but it came crushing down on the hitch. Otherwise it would damage the trailer or hurt someone. The other problem is with the old style lights in the trailer. The other issue was with the lights get very very hot and after a while the switchs just melts.

Had just a small leak but that was only because while towing to our destination it just poured and a bit of water leaked in the front. I always make sure the seals are always wiped clean and and the fabric doesn't get caught when we put up the bed ends.

I am extremely pleased with our family's Roo and very impressed with our RV dealer.
