We bought jersey sheets from Walmart and they fit great they have a lot of stretch to them. I bought the queen size for our Roo.

I use regular Queen, but I have a 3" memory foam topper.

I have a 2 1/2 gel/foam topper and use regular queen with no modification. They fit perfectly.

I've used regular Queen size sheets from Costco for our short queen - they have elastic all the way around on the fitted sheet, and it pulls it in plenty to fit. I like having a longer top sheet anyway, so this was the perfect solution for us.

Silly question - I keep reading about everyone using mattress toppers, but since the mattresses are heated, are you using the topper on top, or underneath the standard mattress?

I just took delivery of a new 21DK with the new style of mattress. It's very comfortable without a pad.

Ours is on top. Heater still works fine.

We also have the Jersey sheets from Walmart for all the beds, fits over the Memory foam and the mattress. On the couch and dinette the elastic pulls it up to fit nicely.
When using the heat on the mattress it keeps the foam toasty enough where your not rolling over onto a freezing cold spot
