Welcome to the forum Musk. The DW and I looked at your same unit and loved it. What a nice camper. I chose another pop up because I was too scared to tow it. Just me. Many people tow much larger things. lol.
Others will be chiming in soon. I think you can keep the sheet on but all the other covers might make it difficult. You might also consider getting a memory foam mattress pad. many have mentioned that it is a great addition.
Enjoy.
Vin.

I have the same camper, musko. Congrats on your purchase! We just got ours on Wednesday, and have been checking things out and learning how things works since then. You do have to fold the mattresses before your fold up the bunk ends. We plan on using a mattress topper on ours, so we will have to remove the bedding before we pack up. You can leave sheets on, but the other bedding will make it too bulky for folding/storage. You could just remove the mattresses and put them on the dinettee (while folded down) for travel if you want to leave the bedding on, but that seems just as labor intensive to me as making the beds. It seems as though I'm just a few steps ahead of you in this purchase, but I'd be happy to answer any questions for you. It finally stopped snowing here in CT, so I'll be out there today to fiddle with things, measure cabinets for shelving, start packing her up, vacuuming, cleaning, etc. We got our 2014 used (3 times) for a steal and it's in MINT condition. They left a ton of stuff in there for us, so today is inventory and clean up day. We're taking her out early April for her maiden voyage.

Hi muskoka01, they should go over that (and make sure they do ) in the PDI. The mattresses kind of fold 60/40. Not a fan of sheets (but it sounds like you're familiar with struggling with tent bunks since you had a popup). We use sleeping bags opened up for top and bottom. Light blankets when the summer comes. One of the things I learned on these forums (had a Starcraft htt for 5 years before the 23ikss) is when you're ready to close the bunks, turn on the ceiling fan, and close the windows and door. It pulls the canvas in so the canvas doesn't get caught in the seals. Makes it easier to close and prevents the possibility of the canvas sticking out a seal and then you get a leak.

Hybrid TT mattress
We have a Palomino hybrid. We have a memory foam topper on it and use sheets and a light blanket. We can leave everything on and still close up to travel. Just lengthen the straps that hold the mattress in place while traveling.

We have a 233s and you do have to fold the bed to put up the bunk ends. We use a set of bedding on each bed but leave them off except when camping. Sheets probably would not be problem if you need to fold up the ends during the day or if you are moving to another campsite but anything else would probably interfere with the ends folding up - maybe. We use sleeping bags for blankets but will probably get some heavy blankets for the cold nights - one day.
Enjoy the camper.

We take the sleeping bags or blankets & pillows off, but the sheets and 2" foam topper stay on. Hasn't caused any issues and saves a lot of extra work.

The older you get ........ the thicker the foam topper. We are up to 4 in now... we roll it up and stow in the shower while traveling.

I just wish the foam toppers were a little more sturdy. We roll ours up and place ii on the dinette. I have to be careful that I don't stick my finger through the thing!

Maybe a difference in the simple low density mattress toppers and a memory foam type mattress topper. Compare the density ratings. Memory foam mattress toppers are given a density rating in pounds. A higher rating means the memory foam will remember your shape better and last longer without sagging. The ratings can range from less than 3 pounds to more than 5 pounds.

If you really want a serious upgrade, Verlo can make a totally custom folding mattress tailored to you. We had them make a folder for our 21ss after having both grades of OE and various toppers. Storing on the dinette was a must, but easy as can be over mattress and separate topper. It was money well spent, and we've since had them make the queen for our new TT and our home king.

So then you can fold the mattress with a mattress pad and sheet?

Yes. But the topper foam can't be more than 2" or it'll be almost impossible to fold in half. We bought the ABLIFESTYLES sheets. Fit great, expensive though.

X2
We have 2" foam toppers which we leave on the beds. With the door closed and 2 fantastic fans on high, I can close the bunks myself without difficulty, and with confidence that nothing's sticking out. And that's despite the extra bulk created by the toppers.
