I want my Roo!!!

We ordered a 2012 Roo 233S about six weeks ago. It has yet to arrive at the dealer (Albany RV aka RV Direct). They told us the really have no timeline right now and it will get here when it gets here. I guess I adjust being impatient but I would really like to pick up our new camper or at least have a day to circle on the calendar.

I feel your pain ordered are superlite 29RLS 2/25 and still haven't heard any thing yet.Found out form this great forum that it only takes one day to make it .So dont worry will get them.Everybody get anxious and excited I guess this is all part of it.good luck on your purchase. I know trying to have patience is hard but its the busy season right now. It took us about 8 weeks last year ordering it the second week of March.

By the way, you'll probably get a 2013 and have to change your signature

Oh man, we picked one out off the lot. That was a Sunday.

Delivery date was set for the next Friday afternoon.

I couldn't wait, rescheduled pickup for the morning, and called in sick to work on Friday.

By Noon Friday we were headed out for our first camping trip... It happened to be President's Day Weekend, so we had 4 days to figure out how everything worked.

Mine was ordered on Nov 29th and delivered Jan 18th (50 long days), so I'd say about 1 more week of waiting and your suffering will be over...LOL

I feel your pain...and share it!!! We ordered our's at a show on February 18 -- the first week of the show. We later found out they waited until both weeks of show were over and placed all orders together. So they've had our considerable deposit for six weeks and I have nothing but gazing lustfully at other 23SS's for sale on line as I dream about my own. My husband's spring break is next week, would have been great to have it then, but don't think that's going to happen. Our first scheduled trip out is Memorial Weekend, I certainly hope we have it before then, I'd like to try it out sometime in April at a nearby campground just to check it all out and get familiar with it. Good luck.

Update: I just got an email from RV direct saying our roo is scheduled to come offline on May 10 th. So about 14 weeks after we ordered it.

How funny is that found out my ultra lite is coming off line MAY 10TH also.Except I had to call forest river and talk to Brent to find this out. My dealer dosn,t even know yet Can,t wait to hear from them so I can tell them to tell me something I don't already know. and to make sure it gets delivered as soon as possible . Remember memoriall day weekend.

made the deal over the phone on thursday I dropped my truck off friday morning to have the 5er hitch installed and friday afternoon we signed the papers and did pdi!
15 minutes after we left we were at west lake camp ground and setting up and camping.

We ordered our Roo the end of February and ours was supposed to be built last week or the beginning of this week, with delivery to the dealer sometime this week. Our dealer is going to call us this coming Monday or Tuesday to schedule pick up. I'm surprised yours won't be done until May.

We ordered our Mini Lite 2306 on 2/24. I called the factory about an offline date. Brent told me it comes offline 4/28. We ordered from RV Direct I still have't heard from RV Direct about the offline date. They're delivering it to us. I suppose I should be hearing from them soon...

We ordered our Roo on February 10 and were told we would have delivery in 8-10 weeks. Well, today is 9 weeks and we haven't heard a thing! Supposedly we will get a call to confirm everything we wanted on the Roo and then it would go on line. Then it will have to clear QC and then wait for delivery. We did hear it is scheduled to be off line April 30. Our first camping trip is June 8. It would be nice to get it and be able to stock it with everything before we go and get familiar with it. The wait is killing me!! As someone else said-if I could at least circle a day on the calendar it would seem closer!! How many others out there have been waiting FOREVER??

I ordered our V-Lite 30 WTBS on 2/21. I heard from dealer today that it will be ready for pick up in 2 weeks.

Some differences in why some trailers are done before others is that depending on what type of trailer you have depends on what factory it is built in. An example is my TT, the V-Lite is built at a factory where only TT & 5rs, V-Lites, Windjammers, Classic Super Lites, and Signature Ultra Lites are built.

Called Brent yesterday and left Him a message. He promptly called me back to let me know our Windjammer would be comming offline first week in May! The DW can't wait!
