Here we go again! My dealer ended up repairing the damage last October and they resealed the roof again this spring. My warranty ended last month and now it has started bubbling up again in the same spot above the slide and now on the ceiling. This experience with a brand new trailer is frustrating and poor craftsmanship! We just got back from a trip to Ocean City MD. Let's see what they say in the morning. Anyone have any luck after warranty was up? There is obviously a preexisting issue.

OMG, I;m really having 2nd thoughts about buying a used 2008 Roo 21ss for all the water leaking problems. And that doesn't include the bunk ends.

With the purchase of any used trailer, it is up to you to weigh the benefit of a significantly lower buying price with the potential that you are buying someone else's problem such as water leaks and delamination. Leaks are an issue with any model or brand camper that you buy used; not simply hybrids.

Our past experience with used campers were good experiences. However, I would spend several hours inspecting a trailer with a fine tooth comb paying particular attention to the roof seals, all seams including the bunk ends and any other areas where water could get in.

The benefits to buying a well-maintained used trailer often outweighs the risk, but buyer-beware.

i've been on various RV forums for over 7 years, with most of my interest, being hybrids, especially the Roo.

i have not seen any 21SS leakage issues more than any other RV. of course, all hybrids have had bunk leak issues at times, no matter the model or brand.

the only unique issue that a number of 21SS models had, were slide bolts that broke, on the 2006-2007 models. FR put a higher grade bolt in them as a fix and all the owners that had problems, no longer posted about it.

as far as wall problems, i could count on one hand the number of Roo 21SS's, with issues of this type over the past 7 years.
