Had leaks on front bunk door of 2010 Roo 17 from worn out seals. Tried pricing door through 2 local dealers with NO luck. Contacted parts at Forest River and received friendly service and quick replies from Sheri Dunlap @ FR. Purchased new front bunk door and new inner and outer seals for front and rear bunks, pads for latches & graphic for door. They shipped it all to my house. With a friends help it took about 4 hours to remove and replace front bunk door and replace all seals on front & back doors.
I would recommend anyone showing signs of seals wearing out to order new ones and prevent future leaks. They are not too expensive and extremely easy to replace. I have attached a few pictures. The door is now like new and we are very excited to take it out next week! Fall camping is the best!

Seems as though the inside of the bed has rotted because of moisture, can't really say for sure because of the vinyl coating, but is is spongy to the touch. This doesn't seem reasonable to me.
How much did they charge you for the new panel?

The door was $330. You could buy the foam core for $210 but you would have to reuse all of the frame and reseal it. It was worth the extra money. There was a $40 crate charge and then shipping depending on where you live. The seals are sold by the foot and they told me how much I should buy. The new graphic was $54.
The price was worth it as it is now like new!
No, but I went through my dealer and Forest River agreed to replace the door under warranty. So I hav to either reinstall the door my self or have the dealer do it for me for about $400.
