Leaking seams on the tent end. What to use?

This past week we had leakage in the seams at the top of the arched pole and it ran down the pole to the mattress, what type of seam sealer does everyone recommend and where can i get it?

I carry a squeeze tube of 30yr clear silicone for outdoor use and wet application. I use it on the outside when a leak opens up in a seam. I use a good bead inside the seam from the outside and usually no more fuss.
