I'm not sure where the leak is yet. I'm waiting to hear back from the
dealer, after they check with the manufacturer. I do think the leak is
coming from plastic button wall fasteners. They are installed where
four corners of the fake wall tiles meet, allowing a good place for water
to get behind them.

I found where the shower is leaking! The dealer and manufacturer were no
help. I pried out the wall fasteners a little bit, and caulked behind them with
clear caulk. That solved the leaking.

Most of the fasteners were installed at the four corners of the fake tiles
creating a funnel for water to run down under the top of the fasteners,
and through the wall.

I recommend for all owners to run their showers against the walls for 20 or 30 min and monitor for leaks. Even a small amount of leaking in time may
ruin your floors.

It took me 20 min to caulk all the wall fasteners.

An excellent suggestion- I will check mine as well

Great job. It was something you were tracking down to as being the possible culprit.
