Leaking Shower 21BD Shamrock 2016

I searched the forums for problems with leaking showers but didn't find any.
When using the shower, we noticed a puddle of water on the floor outside
the bathroom wall. I checked the drain connection under the tub and it was dry. I caulked the top of the tub where the walls intersect, and it still leaks.
There is no leaking when the shower is not being used. My next thought is
to remove the shower faucet from the wall and see if it leaks when turning
on the faucet? Wanted to check with this forum for maybe a similar problem
before tearing the walls apart. If I can't find the problem, will then have to
contact the dealer who is 6 hours away.

Any advise would be great!

And there was absolutely no water on the bathroom floor? If water gets by the curtain it will follow the wall and show up outside the bathroom.

No water on the bathroom floor. I have the camper at home and am
working on it. No one in the shower, just letting the shower spray.
Have the shower curtain diverting water properly. Also for 21BD
owners, be sure to open the cabinet door below the TV for inspection. That is where the leaking water is first seen.

If you think it could be plumbing, turn on the shower but shut off at the wand. That should show up quickly.

We just purchased a 21BD a week ago. It's also a 2016. The first time we turned on the water pump we noticed it wasn't turning off and very shortly there was water in the living area floor. I removed all access panels and quickly found the not one of the compression fittings at any of the fixtures was even hand tight. I worked my way around the camper and tightened them all and the pump shut off. The one before the water pump was loose enough to cause it to suck are and cavitate.the area under the shower and sink in bathroom has several fittings that were leaking. I would check those.

Also check the water filter and all the fittings going to it. The canister filters are notorious for unscrewing themselves or splitting and dumping water everywhere.

Thanks for your advise. I ran the shower for 30 min with the wand
closed, and had no water on the floor. I think the leak now might
be coming from button attachments that hold the paneling on the
shower walls. I hate the idea of prying each one out a little and
caulking them, but may have to try it. Will contact the dealer first
and get their opinion and not void any warranty.

I don't know if it would address your particular problem but I installed these over the weekend. We didn't have any leaks but wanted to make sure the shower curtain stayed in the shower and we were concerned about water leaking out the sides. These are not a perfect fit as the show is not necessarily square. But they come with a strong and, for us, thick enough adhesive backing. Then I got some caulk rope at Ace Hardware and laid it in along the inner side of each of these and at the bottom and along the seam at the bottom of the shower wall. All together it took me about 15 minutes.

Had the same problem with Roo model 19. If the TT is not perfectly level or leaning slightly towards outside corner of shower, water will run along inside of base towards the corner and on to the floor. I purchased a plastic tub corner at Lowe's for less than $5 and a tube of bathroom caulk. Re-caulked base and corner piece after installation. Problem solved.
