leaking window on tent end 2015 shamrock

I got something on the window enclosure of my tent end in my 2015 Shamrock, and it's no longer keeping out water. It is about a 3 in x 3 in circle. I am wondering if anyone has a product that they can recommend to use to re-seal the fabric. I was told by dealer to use CRC a silicone based product. This did not work, so I am assuming the windows are an acrylic canvas and not cotton canvas, but can't find the info on the fabric anywhere. I can see that there is vinyl but the window coverings are different. any info is helpful. thanks.

Contact the tent manufacturer.
Should be TJ Snuggles in Indiana.
Check the tag inside the tent end.

I did he said to use scotchguard. This product only took more of the finish off, and did not stick.
