Pilot is located at the very bottom of the oven.
You have to turn oven knob then push and hold to light .
You have to hold button in for awhile till pilot stays on when released.
Enjoy

I thought he meant stove, too. That's where most people have trouble.
If its the stove: First, make sure you have bled the lines by lighting a burner for a bit.
For the rest try this: Turn the knob for the oven to pilot, push it and hold while introducing the flame (a match or butane lighter) to the pilot nozzle. Hold until it lights. It won't blow you up.

If you mean burners on the stove, our former hybrid did not have a spark igniter. You turn on the burner and put a lighted match or Butane lighter next to it. Lights better if you have the burner on high then reduce to desired level. For oven, take a flashlight and take a good look at where the pilot light is located under the fixed "shelf" (burner) . Then as described above, turn oven control to pilot position and hold in. Use match or igniter to light and continue to hold in for 15-20 seconds. Pilot will stay lit. When ready turn to desired temp. Don't be afraid to use the stove. It is designed to be part of the overall experience.

o.k. the stove IS the burners. the stove is on top and the oven is below. that's why they call it a "stovetop".
the oven sounds like what you're talking about.
see if you can find the oven's manual or look the model number up on the manufacturer's website for a manual.

The stove--meaning the burners on the top--has no pilot light. You use a match ot igniter each time you light a burner. Many stoves have an igniter built in. It is an additional knob on the front. I suspect yours does not. My hybrid didn't. The pilot light is only for the oven.

The oven pilot is about 2/3 of the way towards the back of mine....near the center from side to side. It looks like a little round funnel sticking up.
I will turn the stove knob to "pilot", then push it in for a couple of seconds before I stick the lighter (a candle lighter works great) back there while continuing to push in the knob. Keep the lighter in that area, until it lights. If it doesn't light within a minute or 2, you may have other problems.
Do not flick the lighter if you can smell gas !!

Lighting the oven is almost a two person job. One on the floor holding a lighter by the pilot and one holding the oven knob in.
LIGHTING THE OVEN
1. Turn the oven knob to pilot and then push in and HOLD it in.
2. Using a stick lighter hold the flame by the pilot light located in the BOTTOM of the oven. It might take a minute for gas to flow enough for the pilot to actually light.
3. Once the pilot has a good flame you can remove the stick lighter but continue to HOLD the oven knob in for a good 30 seconds. Time yourself.
4. Release the knob. If the pilot light goes out, repeat the procedure.
If you repeat the procedure more than three times and the pilot won't stay lit, you have a problem.

It took us a while to get the pilot light lit as well. It took us both to do it. My DH held the pilot on knob in and I used one of those lighters with the long narrow end to light it. Felt silly having so many problems from a stove/oven! On our camper once it is lit you can keep it going while you camp or you can turn it off and re-light each time. Once we figured it out we turned it off when we finished cooking.
