Pilot is located at the very bottom of the oven.
You have to turn oven knob then push and hold to light .
You have to hold button in for awhile till pilot stays on when released.
Enjoy

I thought he meant stove, too. That's where most people have trouble.

If its the stove: First, make sure you have bled the lines by lighting a burner for a bit.

For the rest try this: Turn the knob for the oven to pilot, push it and hold while introducing the flame (a match or butane lighter) to the pilot nozzle. Hold until it lights. It won't blow you up.

If you mean burners on the stove, our former hybrid did not have a spark igniter. You turn on the burner and put a lighted match or Butane lighter next to it. Lights better if you have the burner on high then reduce to desired level. For oven, take a flashlight and take a good look at where the pilot light is located under the fixed "shelf" (burner) . Then as described above, turn oven control to pilot position and hold in. Use match or igniter to light and continue to hold in for 15-20 seconds. Pilot will stay lit. When ready turn to desired temp. Don't be afraid to use the stove. It is designed to be part of the overall experience.

o.k. the stove IS the burners. the stove is on top and the oven is below. that's why they call it a "stovetop".

the oven sounds like what you're talking about.
see if you can find the oven's manual or look the model number up on the manufacturer's website for a manual.
