Living room slide leaks

Hi, Do others have this problem and if so how was it fixed? We bought a 23 foot 2015 IKSS Rockwood Roo.. The first time we drove in the rain it leaked on the living room floor side. The dealer put a stiffer and longer seal under the slide.. we thought it was fixed until we drove in the rain this past weekend. When we put the slide out the water was running down the floor and the rug soaked. Our friends camping with us have the same camper same problem. Called the dealer today they said we can bring it in but have no idea how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. At this rate our 2015 will have mold and rot in a few years.

We've traveled through some pretty heavy rain storms and had the issue just one time. We opened the slide and there was some water on the floor. Not much and a small towel cleared it up. Forgot about it until your post. Interested in what others will be posting and I need to see what kind of seal that I do have..
