Looking for piano hinge

I am rebuilding the front bunk on my 2010 Roo. I damage the piano hinge during the rebuild and I can't find the exact replacement online. Any help would be appreciated.

Any Lowe’s or Home Depot have selections of piano hinges.

Also available at places like Ace Hardware, Do-it-Best and HD.

On a previous TT I tossed the two factory installed door hinges at the head of the bed and got a length of piano hinge at HD.

I replaced the crappy loveseat in the front of my 19" Aspen Trail with a full eight-foot Murphy bed which folded down for use at night. The underside was just finished oak plywood, and when folded up looked like a finished cabinet..

The best piano hinges were available from actual building supply places, or cabinet shops. Most in Lowes or HD are cheap plated ones from China. I got a full-length stainless steel one which was about 1 inch wide, for less than $40.

FYI hinges are normally measured with the leaves opened

Your local Home Depot will have 2 or 3 colors and several lengths in the hardware department. Any associate or the Home Depot app will take you right to them.

If you search on HD's website, either home or phone, under "Pick Up In Store Today," it will tell you the aisle and bay where it is located. Don't need an associate.

Lowe's does the same thing. It's actually easier to see on their website.

I buy piano hinges on eBay and Amazon. Good selection and you can find stainless steel ones that way too.

Yes and be sure to use stainless steel rivets as well... If you don't the dissimilar metals of the hinge and rivets cause corrosion.

I always use stainless rivets anyway when I use them. Most of the times when I put fasteners on the RV, I use stainless screws. Aluminum rivets are even fine with stainless unless its in a moist environment and even then its usually fine. Aluminum and stainless touch each other all the time on marine motors and drives.
