Thank you all for your answers and for taking the time to educate. I hadn't realized this. And if my dealer had told me this, it was forgotten as we bought the trailer 7 years ago. It is our first trailer and I am sure lots went over our heads in that initial learning stage! I will definitely be travelling with s battery from now on!

We have a 2010 Rockwood Roo 23RS so are definitely over the weight needed to have one. This info does show up in my signature when I browse the forum from my computer, but I see it does not from my phone.

2010 Rockwood Roo 23RS
2015 F150 Lariat Supercrew 3.5l EcoBoost. Used to tow with 2006 F150 XLT Supercrew 5.4l V8. The EcoBoost is so much better!
