Nice job on your mods, you've been very busy. Your water tank drain extension mod is a great idea. I did it on our popup years ago.

Wow, do you make home visits to look over what we have. You have some great ideas for the water system. The water drain will have to be one I do asap as crawling all the way to the middle underside of my unit is no fun. Thanks for the ideas and sharing.

Kobalt box
I have been looking for a box to fit behind my propane tanks. It looks like the one you have works nicely. But, I cannot find that box on web. Checked Lowes online and can't find it. How did you get it?

How well does your accumulator tank work and what is the brand?
Thanks

The tank helps to regulate the water flow and prevents the pump from cycling too much. The brand is Shurflo, I bought it online at Amazon.

The box fits perfectly behind the propane tanks and fits my (2) 6v golf cart batteries and (1) 12v deep cycle battery + wheel chocks and tools

I too got tired of crawling under the trailer and wanted to access it from the corner.

Hamster, is your tubing on an incline, being high at the connection and going down to the drain valve so water will not stand in it during the winter?

It's pretty level. I'll have the valve open when I blow out the system with compressed air.

If you're blowing out via the city water connection, you won't blow air into the FW tank and out the drain. The check valve in the water pump suction will prevent this. If you have a newer Roo, I guess you could blow air into the AF connection if you have one, and if you open the valve to the FW tank.

I too am interesting in a box like that. Also. How did you run the wires? Did you drill large entry holes for the cables?
