This may be a dumb question but....I cannot figure out how to see the back on my TV. Not sure how to pull the mounting front, it seems solidly against the living room wall. Is there a trick? TY

It is most likely mounted on a swiveling t.v. mount that needs to be unclipped from the mount so t.v. can swivel. It took a lot of force to unclip mine and I am afraid to reclip it due to it possibly breaking t.v. The clip keeps t.v. in place while traveling. But should just pull straight out.

Where is and how do I get to the clip? I can put my hand behind TV but without a visual, I have no idea where the clip is.

If it is like ours, its like a broom clip and it snaps around the post on the wall,
Its not a clip that needs to be undone.

Yeah what they said, "broom clip". Good way to describe that!

Should I be reaching in from the top, bottom, right or left side? Clip at top or bottom of mounting post? TY

I have a 40 inch tv, mine was in the center. I could only use the sides, fingers would not fit on top and bottom. I first had to use a flashlight to see what was holding it. Prying tv out enough to see what was holding back.

I just cannot find a post. There is a big bracket on the wall, about 8 " square. with brackets coming off of it. It looks like that should unlock to swivel
Flashlight and skinny hand from the bottom and that is all I can find.

So yours will probably look like this and you will not see clip.

YES, that is what I think it looks like from what I can see. What is keeping me from being able to swivel it? Is there a lock on the right side holding it in place?
