Movie will not play on tv

I stuck my phone behind the TV, since I really can not see in there. This is what the camera shows.

there is no lock. just the tension from that clip that holds it in place. It takes a fair amount of force to pull it forward out of that clip. I slide my hand, keeping it flat in behind my TV keeping it as much in the center of the back of the TV as possible and then it takes a fair amount of pressure pulling forward to get it to pop out of that clip. I keep my hand flat to spread the pressure out as much as possible over the back of the TV.

Just spoke to the dealer. According to them the TV is mounted that you cannot get to the back of it without taking cabinetry apart. Really? That makes no sense to me. I need to see the back of it to make sure the wires are hooked up correctly because my DVD does not play on the TV. I get audio but no video??

Start a new post and attach your pic with it. I can't see that being the case either. Dealers are not always a good source for info. Mention year and model.
