I have a 2010/2009 ROO 232 we purchased it new and it did not take long for the front bunk door to leak. I joined the forum and was able to limp along with the helpful info. The dealer back then well, if you don't have something good to say, you know.
So I have reached the point where the bunk is unusable.
I had read threads years earlier where Forestriver had worked with people on this issue, so I assumed when my turn came, they would work with me. Well you know what they say about "assume".
Initial Phone contact was great just send some pictures. I sent pictures with no response. In all fairness I was surprised when they listed three phone numbers, it was not always that way.
I have yet to receive a return e-mail or phone call, My wife and I love camping and we loved the ROO except for this one problem. We can no longer sleep on the bunk, and we get pretty cranky when we can't sleep.
