my two mini mods

new owner of a 23IKSS and added these not seen elsewhere on this forum:

1. over the tank toilet paper holder found at home depot. (I hang it on the sink door while camped)

2. story stick (one inch dowel with all critical dimensions marked i.e. both slides, bottom clearance for a low slide obstruction on dinette side, back bunk extension, and tongue height required to clear the ball on my TV. This is really handy for raising the tongue BEFORE I back up the truck. The slide dimension check allowed me to reposition the rv at least once before I went through the trouble of leveling, etc.

I like the stick idea. Gives you better idea where to locate trailer in campsite.

Used a similar set up for our tp roll as well, didnt want to drill holes to install the holder that FR gave us with the trailer. Works out good. And we just turn it around so it is inside the door when we travel. The stick idea is brilliant. Just recently I wanted to measure the height of the hitch and everything so I wouldnt have to back up close and then eye ball it etc. But your idea takes care of that, plus adds a few other important measurements with it. Will definitely be making my own
