Picking it up Saturday. We were going to wait till the shows next winter but couldn't pass up what I think was a great price. Now to get it set up. I have never pulled a rig this big. I am a little nervous and excited at the same time. We went shopping tonight for the necessary items. I am sure there is much more we will need after we get out and camp.

Congratulations on your new Shamrock. You'll find plenty of information to help you here. If you don't mind a few pointers, I think these are important for new RVers...

1. Study the weight distribution hitch manual and learn how to adjust it for the trailer once its loaded with your stuff. It will tow better.
2. Find an empty parking lot and practice cornering and backing up using just your mirrors.
3. Don't worry about buying everything now.
4. Make sure to driveway camp a couple nights and use all of the systems and appliances.
