I don't know how you could sleep through the night! I was too excited to sleep.

The ikss has really porked up in a few years. Our 2015 was just under 5000 lbs as delivered. Great camper

Indeed! We started looking at the IKSS in late 2016 and most empty weights were in the 5400# range even then. Our IKSS has the HAB, the 15k AC and the MORyde steps which do up the empty weight by (IIRC) about 200+#.

Thanks to all for the well-wishes. Now, to find all the warranty cards and mail them in or register online! I must say that the Roo seems very stable with the stabs down and the MORyde steps deployed.

Congrats on the new arrival. Post up some pics when you get a chance. We got word that our 235S hit the dealer lot last week so we will be picking her up in a couple of weeks. Can't hardly wait.

Congrats Theo!
I too am looking for 23IKSS.

Do you know if any differences between the early model 2019 and 2010. I know some of the late model 2019s have some of the 2020 upgrades
Changes that I know of are....
1. AquaView for the shower
2. Upgraded Steps
3. Upgraded 58 gal water tank
4. Bunk ends have black trim instead of the brown...not sure if bunk ends have any particular upgrades.
5. L -shape Shelf in the bathroom sink.

Anything else? Electricals? WFCO converter?
What WDH did you get?

Thanks in advance,

friedcfood,

THIS thread has more info about all new features.

The WFCO is the same converter that has been in earlier models. Everything else seems to be the same.

We are using a Reese Steadi-Flex WDH with 1,000lb bars mounted to the F-150 (see details in signature). The truck’s payload capacity is 1,980 lbs. The whole rig tows like a dream and we are getting an average of 11.5 to 12.0 mpg. The 23IKSS we configured weighs 5,600 lbs empty and we have 600-800 lbs in added weight.

We love the rig and especially enjoy sleeping under the tent-like bunk ends.

Good luck!
