well they screwed me on trade-in value, so I scrapped the deal. Sucks big time...my wife and I were so excited. I've decided to sell my old popup privately and keep looking elsewhere for a Roo.

Sorry to hear. After I ordered my Roo, I sold my popup myself last spring in about a week for the price I wanted. There is pretty good demand for these units right now. Hang in there!
