New Roo 23ws Floorplan

Anyone see the new Roo 23ws floor plan yet? Looks to be a nice layout. Bathroom looks to be a little bigger with a second rear door side wardrobe slide out.

Pic of it here

I have seen it "in the flesh". A few months ago when I toured the factory to pick out the floorplan we wanted to order they had one sitting outside when we pulled up. They also had one being built inside that we were allowed to walk in. I noticed it immediately and realized it was different due to the mini wardrobe slide. The back bunk area is set up like it's own room with the door just outside the wardrobe.

I saw this floorpan yesterday at the dealership. I was hoping that maybe the new 23' version would be better from a weight perspective. They don't have weight specs for it. But to be honest, it wouldn't work for my wife and I as we don't need the separated bedroom space in the back. In fact, we may often leave the back bed folded up and just use the front for the light it lets in. My guess is that if you have a teenager they may like their private space back there.

BTW, did you notice that the black and white image of a trailer in the upper right of that web page is mostly certainly not a Roo. Not sure what it is. It looks like the Jayco rear slider with the king size bed or one of the models from Outback with a rear slide. But it doesn't show a fold down bed in the front. Weird.

Yup. And the interior photos don't match the floor plan either.

Going by the floorplan image, it's simply a 23SS with a new wardrobe slideout and curved shower.
And there are Roo/Shamrocks with a hard sided rear bed slide, but they aren't a hybrid since they have no canvas.

The first two pics are the 21BD.... Anxious to take delivery on mine so I've been staring at those photos often!

Yes, I did notice that the pics didn't match the floor plan. Anxious to see if the shower is indeed any bigger or not. Will have to check this out in person once the model starts showing up at various dealers.

That extra door seems like it would be a pain and often more of a nuisance than a benefit. Maybe in person it is more useful than it appears.

Compared to the 23SS, it adds:
- wardrobe slide in front wall, moving the same storage outward, although in the 23SS that wardrobe and closet goes down to the floor so does the slideout have less storage?
- bench in front of and under the new wardrobe slide
- linen closet behind toilet

I'm not sure what advantage the wardrobe slide gives you, but I'm not a fan of decreasing the useable space under the awning. Is there supposed to be a TV mounted on the wall opposite the slide because I don't understand the bench otherwise.

Adding the linen closet behind the toilet might actually make it even more cramped in the bathroom (the bathroom is the only part of the 23SS floor plan that isn't relatively spacious).

I'd have to see it in person to know how it feels.
