Newbie

I just purchased my first Trailer. It is a 2016 Shamrock and I have a question. There is a water inlet on the front of the trailer by the LP grill port. What is that for? I have looked through all my stuff and I can't see what it is for.

Never any water inlet on the front of the trailer.
I have seen them towards the front of the side.

It would help if you posted which model of Roo you have.

I think he means on the side of the trailer AT THE FRONT. He says by the LP grill port, so near where you pull out the LP line for the grill.

Still need to know which model he has.

UPDATE:
I found this pic of a 21DK; It says it's the black tank flush, near as I can tell.

Jason, unless someone smarter than me chimes in, this is for hooking up a garden hose and flushing out your black tank after you've drained it.

UPDATE UPDATE:
Actually I think this is on the street side by the shore power hookup, so may not be what he's talking about.

Jason, we need your model number and a pic if you can post one.

Rockfordroo I think you are right on. So, I would use this to flush the black and gray water tank when I am dumping?

Yup, that sure looks to be labelled as a black tank rinse / sprayer. There is a nozzle / device in the black tank which will spray inside it when this is connected to water pressure.

FIRST Be sure that you are connected to dump station or functional equivalent, and then that the BLACK dump valve / handle is open.

Some have observed that "interesting" things can happen if those steps are omitted. Generally they are a particularly BAD kind of interesting.

Don't believe it can do anything for Grey Tank, on our model and many we have seen it is not the case.

And ... you're not a "newbie," it's just that you haven't found as many ways to ... "accomplish" things ... as some others have here with additional time and opportunity.

Welcome aboard

Looks like FR's gotten smarter. My flush is on the street side and goes into the tank just above the drain line. Not much "flushing" that way.
