This is the set I keep in the trailer:


18 Volt 1/4 in. Cordless Impact Driver


Cordless Drill/Driver and Flashlight Kit, 3/8", 18 Volt


Don't hav that much invested in case it should take a walk. I did buy an extra battery for them. They do come in very handy at times.

In my experience, the lower they are, the more unstable they become. I use 2/3 pieces of 2x6 18 inches long. Then just crank them down a bit until snug. It seems to help a lot.
