You can if you read above. I did answer how I do it. You use the pump to suck the water into the trailer. From here you can run the trailer by using the water jug as your fw tank. Or if you have an outside shower close you put the hose into the fill and I use the pump to suck the water then pump it out the shower hose into the fw tank.

You can use the existing pump to fill the water pipes from the antifreeze port. But to fill the fresh water tank you need to then use a water source on the camper to fill the FW tank. You could use the outside shower or run a hide from a fixture.

I installed a new water line from an existing cold water line to the tank. The new line has a ball valve to control the water fill.
