Mine had a zip front opening on it didn't need to cut any holes in it. I just put the front opening right up against the motorhome by the outside shower.

So if you take a "real" shower outside in one of these changing tents then how do you 1) dry off and 2) get dressed? If just washing off sand and keeping your suit on then why the privacy concerns?

Outside shower

I removed my bathing suit rinsed off the bathing suit and the would dry off in the enclosure and either put on a robe or sundress that I would have within arms reach on a chair.

My original thought was sort of take a shower with a bathing suit?

You can't use soap unless you contain the water some how.

I was going to suggest a shower/potty tent. I used those with my popup since it didn't have a potty. I always wanted to try & figure out a way to use the popup's outdoor shower with it, but the hose didn't have the cutoff switch like the one on the Roo. The only way to cut off the water was with the taps. And since I was dry-camping at the racetracks, leaving the water running would have drained the tank in a hurry!

BTW, Paha Que makes a potty tent with zippered openings on three sides. You could use those for the hose. These are a couple of shots of the one I had. The zippers run horizontally just under the rain fly. They allow you to hang clothes, towels, etc., outside the tent on the crossbars at the top & easily reach them.

I always liked the crescent moon on the door - so you know exactly what the tent is for. LOL!

My buddy tried one of those standalone shower stalls and it was more of a PITA than it was worth. He and I both have the 23SS.

Also, I would be concerned as the shower head is directly beside the shore power connection on my model.
