Outside TV Mount
I have a 2016 Rockwood Roo 23WS, and I think the outside television bracket or mount is standard on all the Roo's sold..........
So, I'm a little curious as to who actually bring their 32 inch television outside ?

Never have. We seldom use the TV when camping except to catch the news or weather.

We have used it outside several times. It depends on the campground. Last time we used it, we had about 10 neighboring kids over including ours all watching a movie under the stars. Was a popular place to be.
Other times (most of the time), I just want to enjoy the outdoors and I won't move it.
I've also brought it outside to watch sporting events while camping.

we only watch movies if the weather is bad - and it is nicer to watch tv inside then outside so we have never even tried to move it to the outside. During our PDI, the salesperson could not demonstrate it either - she tried to show us how to take it down to move to the outside but she could not figure it out and as I said - we have no interest in trying.

We do! We actually leave ours outside when we camp. I took the mount off the inside, mounted it to another 32" tv and put a standard swivel mount for the inside.

Mt Roo 19 is parked in the backyard next to my fire pit area. This Saturday night, I am going to bring the tv outside, light a fire, grab a 6 pack and watch the Penguins hockey game. We have watched many games while camping under the stars. GO PENS!!!

You have to push under the support arm right where if connects to the bracket on the wall/cabinet. Mine is really stiff and took some effort. The mount arm stays on your TV. Disconnect your cables first, otherwise it gets really awkward fast.
If I was to use the TV outside I'd bring our older camper TV, buy a mounting arm for it and use that one instead.

That's exactly was I was thinking. I'd rather get a 19 inch tv with a bracket that will fit .....than the trouble of bringing out the 32 inch tv and risking to scratch it.

We mostly use a TV outside on trips longer than a weekend occasionally to watch a baseball game or something with the sound very low.
That said, I'm all about convenience and not going to bother disconnecting the cable, HDMI, audio cable and moving the TV outside. With the cheap price of LED televisions these days on sale, I picked up a second 19" tv on sale for like $79 and added a quick release bracket to match the outside mount. I just store it in a padded bag in the outside storage compartment. When we go in for the night, I leave it mounted and cover it with a black garbage bag for moisture protection.
Amazon has 24" TV's for like $99 now.
