We had three hybrids so far and never used the oven. Most of our trips are three nights, so we prepare our food at home and warm it up in our toaster oven. Other meals are cooked on the grill......and that's another story:
I never liked cooking on the rvq grill attached to the hybrid: too close to the camper and window.
We bought a Cuisinart CGG-200 grill that we install on the picnic table and we just love it...

I decided to not order an oven in my 183. So glad, I have more storage for the appliances, and pots and pans. I have a crock pot and a large toaster oven in there, with the blender and Kuerig. The ice maker goes in a floor cabinet. I use the grill a lot, and have been known to bake in it as well. We only camp in the summer so far, so I would worry about making the trailer warmer in the summer heat.
