PDI Today

Off to do the PDI on my new 07 21SS Roo. Very exciting. We ordered it back in December.
I have the 11 page check list, and we will do our best to catch any little problems. Now I can finally feel part of the group

Any final suggestions?

I do love a digital camera for PDI time; that and an experienced friend. One helps you find things you might not see, and the other lets you show it to the dealer and proves it was there before you bought it.

In my case I had one particular defect that I had captured in a pic and the dealer actually forwarded the pic to FR to illustrate what we were taking about.

Tell us how it went. Post a few pictures when you get a chance. I know you will be working on it all weekend.

As welchman599 stated, DO bring a camera.

Photos don't lie.

Keep us posted.

PDI Yesterday

Well I'm now the proud owner of a 2007 21SS Rockwood Roo.
PDI went pretty smoothly. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of before we left the lot. One rough board needing sanding, some caulking applied sloppily and a broken tab on the battery case.
It will be a major adjustment from the motorhome for storage and set up, but there is just so much more room with the dinette/couch slide. And I know I'm going to love not standing out in the rain and wind trying to light the hot water tank!!!!
Will be doing driveway camping this weekend and then down to Niagara Falls for our first trip over the May 26th weekend.
I can't get a good enough pic in the driveway, so I'll post after the "real camping weekend"

I know I'm going to have lots of questions, especially in the loading/towing department.

Kelly,
Glad all went pretty well.

Good luck on the driveway camping and have a good time on the Niagra Falls trip.
