Pdi went great untill...

We were about to leave. That's when we noticed they accidentally ran our slide into a motorcycle lift in the bay next to our camper.
They are fixing it of course, but going the extra mile by paying for my gas to come back and get it(1.5 hours each way), putting in an extra tv mount, and giving me a gift certificate to their parts/camp store.
Going to take ~ 2 weeks to get done but oh well. I am not camping till April 12th.
Now another count down starts! Only 2 more weeks again!

That sucks! At least your getting some freebies. Sad part you have to wait another two weeks. Good luck with it all.

Ouch!

That is some rough luck right there.

I guess it's not all bad. Can't use our camper in our driveway(too steep) or in front of our house because of HOA.
So it was just going to go to storage. Getting a tv mount that I priced out at $130 plus install is great, and the extra gift card is a nice bonus.

Wow that's owning up to a mistake! I've said before, mistakes happen, it's how they're handled that makes the difference.

Yeah so far we have been pretty happy with the dealer. Despite some bad reviews on here, they have treated us well.
Dealer is Tom Raper.

Just think, they gave a "free" lesson in checking the surroundings before extending that slide!

Glad to hear they are taking care of you but, sorry you have to wait a few more weeks.

Yeah, haven't heard good things about Tom Raper generally. I have one of their locations by me but avoided them based in their reputation. Not sure the extent of the damage but are you sure??? I wouldn't want to buy a new car that was in an accident for example.
