Picked up the new Roo 233S!!

Started getting the new Roo ready today. Wife filled the linen closet and some of the cabinets. Also put in her favorite appliance...Her Bonavita coffee maker! We began to season the bunk end canvas also, or at least the front and side canvas. My driveway isn't long enough to have the rear bunk end open without hanging out over the sidewalk. Will have to do the back one on one day when I am off and the weather is going to be warm. A very small amount of water made it through the stitching only, which was nice. Unfortunately it is supposed to rain tomorrow. Just for kicks I turned on the fridge last night to see how fast it would cool down. I figured it would work better than the 4.0 cubic foot unit in my Starcraft because it vented out the roof. Was very happy to see that it cooled down very quickly, even though empty. We will finish seasoning the canvas and filling the camper with 'stuff', and when we are sure the weather will remain warm enough we will de-winterize

Has anyone else had a problem with their BAL tire chocks not fitting between the tires like mine? Not sure what I will do about that. Probably have to return them.

Sounds like you are getting set up quickly. We opened ours up and took measurements. Will start putting stuff in tomorrow.

We are looking at the BAL chocks as well but I see there are two kinds. which one do you get and what is the distance between your tires?

The BAL 28000A lock chocks are the ones that won't fit. I bought the correct X-Chocks and they work great. I will have to measure the distance between my tires tomorrow.

Happy Camping! We're starting year 3 and still have lots on mistakes to make Looking forward to getting out there soon. Lots of other things seem to be getting in the way.

That would be great. I was also looking at the bal28000a locking chock.
Which x chock worked for you? I see a bal28010 and a bal28005.

The BAL 28012 X-chocks work great for us.

Ok, the 28012 is the pair, the 28010 is a single for the same. That is the one I was looking at.

And you're already using X-chocks. Just throw a stick in front of the tires.

X chocks are all that I have ever used. Bought the pair & have loved them. Cuts down on the rock & roll & they have always held the trailer in place.

Congrats we just got back from or 2nd trip in our 2016 233S.

You will love it. We do, there is so much space!

We were at Martin Dies State Park, Texas over Easter.

How do you like the Tundra? I have a Sequoia and looking to replace it with another, but the cost is higher than a Tundra... I am curious to hear about impressions...

I have a tundra and it's great. But many times I wish I had diesel primarily because of the ease of filling up the tank
