Possible Mod

So looking at the slide cover on our Roo, why hasn't anyone put a similar drip edge type strip above the bunk ends? I could see this channeling rain water away from the vulnerable top seal. Our slide cover has a channel piece attached to the coach with the cover material slid into it, that channel could be used above the seal and a simple piece of metal used to gutter water to either side. The material could stick out far enough to completely protect the upper seal, just needs to allow the door to open.

Thoughts?
