Angry Power Lift - leg / shaft replacement

Hi,
My new to me, 2015 Rockwood Roo 23IKSS's power lift had damage to the leg / shaft and needs replacement. So far Camping world and a few dealers say I need to replace the whole unit for close to $ 250 . Anyone have a work around or creative solution for me? It's a Lippert 285318 3500LB Power Tongue Jack Black.
Thanks !

Sorry to say, but if it's a Lippert, hook the Roo up to your hitch, unbolt the piece of junk & get you a new one that is a real tongue jack, not some toy that no one make replacement parts for.

Recommendation for lift replacement

Thanks for your reply, what would you recommend for a "real tongue jack, not some toy that no one make replacement parts for" ?

Rarely do you need parts for a power jack.(I guess you weren't lucky)
On my two previous hybrids, I installed and Ultrafab that I bought on eBay. If anything goes wrong with the power jack of my 2016 Roo 23ws, I will definitely get an Ultrafab 3000 power jack..........They served me well in the past.

I replaced mine with a Husky 4500 pound jack. Love the extension foot & the auto shut off on the unit. Ultra Fab, Barker are also good jacks that are good replacements for the Lippert. All have good reviews & good customer service & parts available, where as the only parts available for the Lippert are some switches.

I bought my refurb UF 3500 on Ebay for under $99. It has the adjustable foot.
It's still working after almost 10 years.
