I double checked the battery cables they are on correctly. My red wire from the battery runs from the positive post to this little black box where a few other wires come into it. I pushed the reset button and held it in for 10 or 15 seconds. It pushed soft didn't hear or feel anything reset if you know what I mean. The only 30 amp fuse is also connected to that box in a green color covering, that fuse is good.

Yeah i'll do that with the next one. The unit has power it just won't move anymore.

Check to be sure jack is properly grounded via its bolts... Poor ground might allow the light to function, but will not allow the motor to turn...

I had the same problem with my jack a year ago. Topper replaced it under warranty.
