That's delamination. Either it wasn't glued properly or more likely, water got in there. Time for a new door while still under warranty. It absolutley shouldn't look like that, and it will only get worse. At least its only the door itself, so replacing that with a new one should be a straight forward and permanent fix.

You may be able to put it off until the off-season so it doesn't interupt any planned trips.

that's definitely delam.
what year is it? it looks like an older used model and probably no longer under warranty.

and this happens little by little over time.
this had to be happening for some time, to get to the point of its current condition.
did you not inspect the door on a regular basis?
this happens by water intruding into the door frame and hinge area.
this could happen by trapped canvas, torn/compressed seals, water draining from roof or marker lights, warped door.

bottom line is that the bunk door is not safe in its current condition.

De-lamination

After three years I am just starting to get a little of this on the bottom of my front panel.

Let me know what you find out. I store it with a cover, and live in AZ so I am not sure how water would cause this, but believe it or not we do get snow.. I suspected the heat as a cause, and am looking for a way to glue it back onto the panel.
