Question for those who bought their camper online

We bought thru RVDIRECT, yes I was overly cautious to begin with but in the end came out ahead several thousand dollars. Yep, had to pay up front when it was time for delivery sight unseen. End of Dec 2013 we pulled a U-haul with all our camping things in it from Texas to Orlando FL to take delivery. Spent 1/2 day doing the PDI, (not our first 5th wheel), and spent a week in the Orlando area at three different camp sites for a shakedown. From there headed farther south into Florida for another three weeks camping from Orlando to the Keys. Long story short six weeks of camping in five states was great and rvdirect was great. We did find that the air mattress was missing, took about two weeks for rvdirect to get one to us. As for warranty, any dealer can do the work, any dealer even the one you purchase from can refuse. Fr will locate a repair facility close to where you are at, camping or at home. Happy with my purchase, happy with RVDIRECT, happy with our unit and happy with our six week shake down.
