Questions - Looked at a '08 Shamrock 23RS

Saw a Shamrock 23RS at a dealer and inquired about it. I do have a few questions for fellow Roo/Shamrock 23RS owners.

1) Is it normal to have a slight soft feel in the floor? Is this normal for an ultralite? Or should I investigate further for water damage?

2) whats up with 2200 lb axles? That can't be right?

3) any know issues with this year

To me, it looked like this trailer was parked at a campground. It looks used, but the tires have tons of tread. But, it will need tires because dry rot cracking is evident. Also, I didn't see evidence of a WDH setup, so that is also how I am coming to a conclusion that it was parked.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi CCM74, we've got a 2009 21RS and love the thing.

1 - yes, our floor is a bit soft too. We don't have any water damage (atleast not that I've found!)

2 - no idea on the axles, but as our sticker weight is 4064, I sure as he!! Hope they can handle more than 2200lbs, or we would be overweight when fully loaded with a full tank of water.

3 - I imagine the 2008 is similar to ours, I'd buy ours again in a heartbeat!
